RETURN POLICY

Returns must be made at the customers expense and can be made within 14 days from delivery date. Returns made past the 14 day mark will not be accepted. Proof of purchase, such as a receipt, will be needed to complete a return.

Once orders are placed online they cannot be altered or cancelled in any way. We also cannot add a discount code to the order once it is placed.

Returns will be issued as a store credit in the form of a gift card and will be emailed to you at the address provided at checkout.

At this time, we will not accept exchanges. If you would like to get an item in a different size, we recommend you send the item back for store credit and place a new order once you recieve your gift card via email.

Any damaged items must be reported via email within 2 days after delivery date and must be reported prior to wearing the item.

All items must be returned to us in their original condition. Unworn, unwashed, unaltered. Also, must be smoke, perfume, pet hair, and odor free with no stains of any kind.

After 14 days, we are unable to accept returns on any purchases. For online orders will go off of the delivery date shown in the USPS tracking information.

Please note that original shipping charges are not refundable.

Any items sent back to us that are not compliant with our return policy will be shipped back to the customer at their expense.

PLEASE DOUBLE CHECK YOUR SHIPPING ADDRESS AT TIME OF CHECKOUT. Once shipped, we cannot change the delivery address. You will be charged to reship your package once it is returned to us.

**WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR PACKAGES LOST IN TRANSIT.** Once a package is shipped, it is in the control of the shipping company. If your package is lost in transit, you must file a claim with the postal service. You will be provided with tracking info from us upon placing your order and providing your email. You will be able to track your package every step of the way and have full access to your tracking number and delivery information.
